Not to toot our own horn, but here at B3Q we know a thing or two about BBQ! All of our meats are dry rubbed with our house blend of seasonings which are specifically catered to each type of meat.
The key is to smoke the meat low and slow using locally sourced hickory wood. All meat is smoked on site with our very own smoker. Cook times for meats can vary, spanning from 2 to 14 hours depending on the meat and size of the cut!

We accept cash as well as major credit cards - credit card charges are subject to fees through our processing company. We do have an ATM is on site.

Unfortunately, we currently do not have the capabilities to smoke the entire pig at this time. BUTT, we do smoke the pig's shoulder/butts!
