What meats do you offer?

Carolina Style Pulled Pork, Texas Brisket, Memphis Baby Rack Ribs and Smoked Half Chickens...just to name a few! 

How do you smoke your meats?

Not to toot our own horn, but here at B3Q we know a things or two about BBQ! All of our meats are dry rubbed with our house blend of seasonings which are specifically catered to each type of meat. 


The key is to smoke the meat low and slow using locally sourced hickory wood. All meat is smoked on site with our very own smoker. Cook times for meats can vary, spanning from 2 to 14 hours depending on the meat and size of the cut! 

Can I make a reservation?

While we don't offer reservations we encourage you to give us a call if you are concerned about seating availability. 

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept cash as well as major credit cards.

Do you offer catering?

Why yes we do! B3Q Smokehouse is proud to offer event catering for gatherings of all sizes and subjects. Visit the catering portion of our website for all the details on our delicious B3Q catering options from pan service to corporate box lunches!

Do you smoke whole pigs?

Unfortunately, we currently do not have the capabilities to smoke the entire pig. BUTT,  we do smoke the pig's shoulder/butts! 

Do you serve alcohol?

Although we do not sell nor serve beer, wine, or alcohol; you can bring your own (BYOB) !! Proof that your spirits were purchased within the state of PA is all you need. Enjoy your B3Q Smokehouse meal with your favorite brew -- Cheers!!!
